How can it get any better? Good people, gorgeous weather, beautiful Pocono scenery, and playing golf. The first golf outing was a terrific afternoon and ended with a buffet and prizes awarded. Tim Brown Sr. was the catalyst for this event, and did a great job organizing the day. Steve Nowicki and Steve Palmer also were invaluable in making this a success. After the buffet awards were made: Longest Drive – John Shelton; Closest to the pin – John Shelton; Straightest Drive – Steve Nowicki; Lowest Foursome Score (-6) – Steve Nowicki, Brian Nowicki, Drew Nowicki, and John Shelton; “Happiest Foursome” – The Nowicki Foursome. As we left it was suggested that next year we rename the outing as the “Nowicki Classic”. Thanks to all that participated in the outing. Until next year hit’em straight and may all your balls be in the fairway.
